It is a reasonable assumption that a button labelled Copy to Figma gives you something to edit. Usually it does not.
Most galleries store screens the way they captured them: as images. So “copy to Figma” can only ever mean placing that image on your canvas. You can trace it, measure it, and eyedropper colours out of it — but you cannot select the button, retype the label, or pull the card out as a component, because there is no button, label or card in the file. There is one rectangle wearing a screenshot.
Mobbin is explicit about this in its own plugin listing: the plugin does not convert screenshots into editable Figma designs. That is a fair disclosure, and it is also why so many people go looking for something else after the first paste.
Flaude stores screens as Figma layer data. When you paste, you get the layer tree — because that is what was saved in the first place.

The short version: Mobbin is the bigger library, Flaude is the one whose screens survive the trip into Figma. Plenty of designers use both — Mobbin to scan a category quickly, Flaude when a screen needs to become a starting point rather than a reference tab.
